As many of the waxing services are of a personal nature, JustFrancine asks that you keep in mind respectful hygiene in order for the experience to be pleasant for everyone!
Logically, any communicable or infectious conditions are reason to reschedule an appointment. Skin deemed unsuitable for waxing is at the waxer's discretion. If, for some reason, you are unsatisfied with your appointment, please message JustFrancine right away so that your concerns may be addressed. Hair touch-ups (due to missed hair) must be brought to my attention and scheduled immediately. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we strive to provide our guests with the best possible experience!
